Do not sell my personal information

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.

BCF has not collected, nor will ever collect, any of your information for the purpose of selling to a third party. California has mandated that we still inform you of the option to opt out of our collecting or selling of any of your personal information. And, technically, because of our organization size, are not even required to offer this, yet, here it is.
If you do opt out, we will not be able to keep any of your purchase history, addresses, or email addresses for future references, you will not be able to receive emails from BCF, attend online classes, keep log-in information on our cart, and will have to create a guest cart each time you shop that will be deleted and we will not have a record of your purchases. It is your choice, however, if you would like to opt out.

How to opt out
